Linwood Dunham

Linwood Dunham, BSc, MSc, is an experienced environmental professional with over 25 years in consulting, project management, education, and watershed management in New Brunswick and beyond.

As owner/Project Manager of TAP Environmental Resources, he delivered surface water management, wastewater treatment, regulatory compliance monitoring, fish/habitat assessments, wetland delineations, GIS mapping, and permitting support for mining, industrial, agricultural, and construction clients.

Since 2005, Linwood has been an Environmental Technology Instructor at New Brunswick Community College (Miramichi), overseeing program administration, curriculum updates, accreditation, industry partnerships, and hands-on teaching in hydrology, GIS, ecological assessment, climate change, and restoration. He received the NBCC Excellence Award in Research and Innovation.

He holds an MSc in Environmental Practice from Royal Roads University, BSc in Environmental Science, and Environmental Technology Diploma (NBCC). A community leader, he has served as Executive Director of Tabusintac Watershed Association, Chairman of Miramichi River Environmental Assessment Committee, accreditation auditor, and coach of youth sports, plus international environmental leadership experience.
